2007: The Witching Hour

The first event is going to be a wine tasting on Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007. It was well received last year and attended by Laurell K. Hamilton and her husband Jon. Since it was a smaller gathering, people got to mingle and meet other people who were attending the party. .

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2007
The Halloween party will be on Friday, Oct. 26, 2007 at the Howlin' Wolf, 907 S. Peters St. in New Orleans. The show starts at 9:00 pm and ends at 2:00 am. Tickets for ARVLFC members are $20, public price $30.
- THIS EVENT WILL BE 18+ WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Costumes or Elegant Eveningwear strongly encouraged.
- MEMBERS: BRING YOUR CARDS!
AUCTION / RAFFLE
There will be a charity auction and raffle to benefit Habitat for Humanity New Orleans, featuring an Avenge: Son of Beast Electric Guitar by BC Rich, along with a coffin-shaped guitar case, both donated by the Guitar Center of Harahan!
- This Avenge: SOB features rosewood fingerboard, red edged Beast style headstock, a single high output humbucker pickup with a single volume, bolt on neck, black hardware, blood red bevels and beast wing inlay!
- The case is made by Coffin Cases and will either feature a black or red interior (to be determined)
- The guitar is signed by Ministry's Mike Skasha and reads "To Lestat, Mike Skasha of Ministry"!
- Retail value: Just under $700.00!
