As we know, we are in the midst of a vampire revolution of sorts with movies like
Twilight, Let the Right One In and shows like
True Blood on HBO. Well, it's only going to continue as we wait for the second season of
True Blood and the release of
New Moon, the second book in the
Twilight series.
Here at the
ARVLFC we embrace others in vampire literature like Laurel K. Hamilton and Sherilyn Kenyon and have even had them as guests at our parties. We miss the vampire literature of our favorite author, Anne Rice, but embrace her new works. And in this quest for all things
vampiric, let us keep information of cool things in the genre flowing!

Give yourself an excuse to party in Chicago at a hotel with other like minded individuals like myself! Yes, Lady~A will be there hosting and perpetuating the vampire culture! Come have fun and spread vampires every where! From what I am told there is no age limit here as it is hosted by a hotel and adheres to banquet laws. Twilight Teens....come and meet your characters! And for the Ancients, come to our dark
soiree and teach them how it is done!
Dust off your fangs and get thee to Chicago! And if you are a vendor, call them as they still need people to vend their vampy wares!
