Suzie Q wants us to thank you all for your continued support!

Plans are quickly coming together for this year's Vampire Ball! Suzie wants us to inform all ARVLFC members that ticket prices for them have been held at last year's discount price of $20.oo! Considering the show we are putting together, the price is a bargain! Member purchases will be verified against the master list of current members and that takes time for the volunteer staff to do so please be patient with your ticket shipments. You will be taken good care of.

Ticket price for the public is still TBD. Members will be allowed to purchase tickets before the public, as is the custom. Any tickets not purchased by fan club members will be available after the member's only ticket purchasing window passes.

Tickets will go on sale in a few weeks!

Our charity this year remains Habitat for Humanity New Orleans. After three years they still have a lot of work ahead of them to bring everybody back home.

The drawing of the Stan Rice print for members who renewed before May 31st of this year will be held soon!

If you guys are looking for a great hotel deal this year, everyone is staying at The St. Christopher Hotel. The rate is $119USD per night from check in Thursday (10/30) to check out Sunday (11/2) and there is no additional fee for more than 2 to a room! It is conveniently located in the Business District (CBD), in the middle between the Quarter and the Garden District. The ARVLFC event will be Uptown, well away from the Quarter so the St. Christopher is a good location! It is also within walking distance of the Scottish Rite Temple where our friends, Endless Night will be having their Masque Ball on Saturday as well as a vendor bazaar both Friday and Saturday. They have graciously let us book rooms at the St. Christopher under the same room block! The more the merrier! Let's have a fabulous weekend Vampire Experience!

Book your hotel room soon as space is limited and you have to book before September 19th to get the rate. Be sure to ask for a king if you are bunking together with your significant other and leave the doubles for more than 2 traveling together.

Jill just released her latest CD 'The Bittersweet Constrain' to rave reviews and she will be performing a special solo set for you LIVE on Halloween Night!

Good morning you crazy Vampire Kids! We have something special for you today, our first band announcement for this year's Queen of the Damned Ball. The first fully confirmed band for this year is no stranger to the ARVLFC Ball and they are Ex-VoTo! We are very, very pleased to have them join us for a hell of a party at Rosy's Jazz Hall this Halloween! Please check them out on MySpace and give them the warm welcome to our circle of "fiends"!
