Events Page has been updated to offer tickets to the general public for the ARVLFC Witching Hour Ball on October 26th.
Remember, you have until October 15th to buy your tickets IF you want them mailed to you via Certified Mail. After that date you will have to pick them up at WILL CALL with your ID. Paid Members can purchase discounted tickets at ANY time. Use the Paid Member feature on the Events page. IF you want them mailed to you, YOU MUST PAY THE $5 CHARGE! Please read directions carefully to minimize confusion and botched up orders. Thank you and have a spooky day!
We know that many of you have purchased your tickets and have not received them yet. They are coming! We had a delay with the printer and tickets arrived in New Orleans last week. All processing occurs on Sundays and are mailed the following Monday in groups. We are sorry for the delay, but you will receive them. If you have not received your membership packet and require a membership number to purchase, email
suequiroz@gmail.com. Also remember that members can purchase discounted tickets at any time during or after the presale. Thank you for your patience and once again we are sorry for any delays!
